Bullis took down a celebreated national record held by New Bern NC (3:13.06) since 2009.

Later, Taylor Ewert of Beavercreek OH shaved 20 seconds off her American U-20 record in the 3,000-meter race walk with a time of 13:24.76. Ewert lowered her overall mark after producing a 13:31.79 outdoor split en route to a 22:38.16 performance in the 5,000-meter race walk in April at the Penn Relays.

The Bullis MD girls also won the 4x400, running a national-leading time for 2019 with 3:42.06 and defeating Hydel from Jamaica (3:44.34).

Britton Wilson of Mills Godwin VA ran 37.71 to win the girls 300 meters, moving to No. 10 on the all-time list.

Athing Mu of Trenton TC NJ ran a blistering time of 52.55 to win the 400 meters and beat freshman star Kayla Davis of North Carolina (53.30) and Kim Harris of Buford GA (53.58).

Foot Locker Cross Country runner-up Jake Renfree of Knoxville Catholic TN ran the fastest indoor mile of the year so far, with 4:13.70.
